Clear a preset or custom filter

Clear a preset or custom filter to stop filtering alarms from the alarm summary by their Ack, State, or Priority properties.

Clearing a preset or custom filter does not clear a quick filter.

To clear a preset or custom filter, use one of the following methods

  • Select the X next to the Filter applied area.
  • From the list of filters, select the filter name again.
  • Press F5 to refresh the alarm summary display.

    NOTE

    Tip: Filters are active only when you are on the screen. Refreshing or reopening the web browser removes the filtering options.
