Create a custom filter

Create a custom filter if the preset filters show more alarms than desired. Custom filters can filter alarms based on Ack, State, and Priority properties.

To create a custom filter

1. In the alarm summary, click the Filter button and select Add.
2. Enter a name for the new custom filter.
3. Select Ack, State, and Priority properties.
4. Select OK.

The new custom filter is applied to the alarm summary. Only alarms that match the selected properties will be shown in the alarm summary.
